Salvatore Bonetti, ChFC, CRPS, AIF

A key goal of mine is to help eliminate confusion through thorough education and communication.  I help my clients develop a relative certainty about their financial future.  This is a personalized process.  I design guidance based on objective research, thoughtfully removed from bias and emotion. I continuously review and edit strategies, and use them as a guide in decision-making as well as a gauge of progress.

I started personally investing in 1978.  In the 1980s and early 1990s I owned and operated a company that coached brokers at firms such as PaineWebber, Smith Barney and Dean Witter.  I was originally licensed in Maine in 1995.  I have been asked to speak and teach all over the country, and have also owned, operated and sold two businesses.

I am a graduate of The University of Southern Maine, in 1985, with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology, and minors in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Business Management.  I have completed the CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designation course work.  I have earned and maintain designations: ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant), CRPS (Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist).  I hold the securities licenses: series 7, 63 and 66.  I hold the insurance licenses: Life and Health, Variable Contracts, and Long-Term Care.

I was born in Portland, Maine and raised with traditional family values of respect and honesty.  I have been married since 1982.  I am the proud father of two adult children.  I have a son-in-law and a grandson as well.  I give many volunteer hours to some special organizations.
